My terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
General
I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request or if it goes against my personal values.All artwork is created digitally and delivered as a high-resolution JPG/PNG/TIFF/SVG/MP4 file. PSD/source files are not included unless agreed upon in advance.Display Rights:
Unless agreed otherwise, I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on my social media.AI Clause:
My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, or NFTs.Resale/Redistribution:
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
Payment
Payment is required after the sketch phase has been approved. All base prices are listed in my commission sheet.In some cases (e.g. reference sheets or more specific requests), I may provide a custom quote.
Process & Revisions
I will provide regular work-in-progress (WIP) updates throughout the commission process. During the sketch phase, you are free to request changes, including major revisions to the composition, pose, or overall design, at no additional cost. Once the sketch has been approved and I move on to the coloring and rendering stage, the overall composition is considered finalized. Minor adjustments and corrections are still welcome: for example, fixing coloring mistakes, adjusting small details, or correcting anything that does not match the approved sketch. However, requests for major changes to the composition, pose, or overall design after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
Personal Use
You may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, character references, or sharing it on social media. You may not use the artwork for any commercial purposes, including selling merchandise, prints, or products featuring the artwork, unless a commercial license has been agreed upon in advance. Credit is greatly appreciated whenever possible, but it is not required.
Commercial Use
My illustrations are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use (including merchandise, advertising, or products for sale) requires prior permission and is subject to an additional licensing fee, depending on the scope of use. Please contact me before using my illustrations commercially so we can agree on the appropriate usage rights.
Refunds
You may cancel your commission before work has started for a full refund. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. Once the commission has been completed and the final artwork has been delivered, refunds are no longer available.
Other
I may share the commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
